DOVE Hawke's Bay supports whānau within our Youth to connect and create safe, healthy relationships free of violence.

Our mission is to walk alongside our whaiora and their whānau, providing opportunities to learn, grow and make empowered decisions. Together we will reach sustainable, mana enhancing outcomes for the safety and wellbeing of our communities.

We want to strengthen connections between individuals, whānau and our Youth so tamariki grow up in thriving environments feeling safe, supported, and loved.

Children & Youth Support Services
Engaging and interactive programmes for young people who are using or have experienced family harm.
Youth Workers in Secondary Schools
Youth mentoring/support for year 9 & 10 students who may be at risk of disengaging from school. This service is delivered in the following schools: Flaxmere College, Hastings Girls High School, Tamatea High School, William Colenso College, and Wairoa College.
Social Worker in Secondary Schools
School based Youth social work service which offers early and responsive social work interventions and support to rangatahi and their whānau. This service is only delivered in Flaxmere College.
Counselling Support in Schools
Counselling support for students that are experiencing difficulties within the school environment. Whānau input and participation is a key factor to achieving desirable outcomes. This service is delivered in the following schools: Flaxmere College, Heretaunga Intermediate, Raureka School, Mayfair School, and Bridge Pa School
Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
Evening programmes (Adult safety): 6pm to 8pm (Mon (Napier, Tues and Thurs)
