The main program we offer is Te Ara Matihiko, this is a 6 week digital pathway program for rangatahi, aged 18-24 years old.
We provide a holistic approach while guiding them to learn new skills needed for further education or employment.
This program combines all aspects of the below services:
-Pre-employment support
-Interview Prep
-Confidence Workshops
-Pastoral Care and Support
-Social media tikanga
-Basic digital skills
-CV & Cover Letter creation
-2 week program called Whiria Te Tangata, a korowai course for Wāhine Māori to learn to weave and create their own taonga. -Pre-employment services for all ages including creating/updating CV & cover letters, interview preparation skills, job application assistance and dressing and grooming (Professional Interview Outfit)
