Hastings District Council gives notice that the Environment Minister has made a decision on the following change to the Proposed District Plan:
Variation 4 - Iona Residential Rezoning (Using a streamlined planning process)
In accordance with the requirements of Clause 90 of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991, notice is given that Proposed Hastings District Plan is amended in accordance with the decision of the Minister from 19 September 2018.
