Important Note: Changes have now been made to this version of the Proposed Plan 2015 as a result of Appeals and Consent Orders.  Before commencing your development you need to check this table, against both this version of the Proposed Plan 2015 and any relevant consent order to see how these appeals may affect what you are proposing to do.  In time consent order changes to the Proposed Plan 2015 will be included in an online version of the District Plan which is currently in the latter stages of development.
