Howard Street Residential 2016


Hastings District Council has prepared a Variation to the Proposed Hastings District Plan.   

The proposed Variation seeks to rezone some 21.2 hectares of land from a Plains Production Zone to a General Residential Zone between Howard Street and Havelock Road to Awahou Drain on the southern edge of Hastings city.

Variation 3 was publicly notified on 16 July 2016. 

Submissions Closed, 5pm FRIDAY 12 AUGUST 2016.
