Civic Honours Awards

So many people in the Hastings District have devoted their time and energy in to making a difference in our communities. Victim support volunteers, sport coaches, art enthusiasts; the list goes on.

Each year Council recognises the voluntary service of individuals or groups/organisations through the Civic Honour Awards. The awards recognise an individual, group or organisation that has contributed significantly to the Hastings District.

Nominations have now closed.

The Council will be ratifying the recommendations of the Civic Honours Award subcommittee on 20 April 2017.
Announcement of this year’s recipients will be posted on 21 April 2017, and recognised at an official Ceremony in Council Chambers on 31 May 2017.
